Welcome to Norrtull – your new home! We offer 25 bright, unfurnished rooms in a pleasant corridor-style student housing, spread across three comfortable entrances. Each room is equipped with its own WC and shower to ensure maximum comfort and privacy. Our shared spaces include well-equipped kitchens, cozy living rooms, and practical laundry rooms, shared by 8-9 students. This creates a wonderful community and a chance to make new friends. As a tenant, you also enjoy the benefit of a 10-month rent, meaning June and July are rent-free! Please note that the photos in the ad are example photos to show the standard. We reserve the right for annual rent increases between publication, contract signing, and move-in.
