Xlntliving is a private landlord owned by private owners. Operations began between 2013 and 2015, and the company's first building was completed in 2015. The company builds and manages prefabricated modular housing using industrial methods to offer lower rents. According to the company, its total housing stock consists of approximately 153 apartments.

The apartments are located in the Stockholm area, divided between Järfälla and Sundbyberg. In Järfälla, the properties are situated in Barkarbystaden on Attackvägen, and in Sundbyberg, they are located in Hallonbergen on Skolgången, according to the company. The buildings primarily house student apartments alongside a smaller proportion of youth housing with short-term contracts. According to the company, the homes are mainly aimed at students and people under 26 years of age.

Over the past year, all advertised homes have consisted of one-room apartments with an average living space of 27 square metres. The average rent over the past year was SEK 6,492 a month. The lowest rent during the same period was SEK 5,944 a month and the highest was SEK 6,994 a month. All apartments have a lift, and 99 per cent have a balcony.

Xlntliving does not have its own open housing queue on its website. Instead, allocation takes place mainly via Bostadsförmedlingen in Stockholm and general housing portals. Over the past year, 78 per cent of the listings required queue time. For the student apartments, a letter of acceptance or proof of study is required. Available apartments are listed on the page and updated daily.
