Wennergrens is a private, family-owned housing company run by the third generation. The company was started in 1937 as a construction firm. It is not a municipal housing company and has no group, foundation or municipality as owner. According to an older article, the company has about 1,400 flats, but that figure may have changed.

The focus is on Hjo, where Wennergrens is described as the largest private landlord. In Hjo there are, among others, Källängen with buildings from the 70s and Parkvillorna, which have been renovated into a rental building for nine households. According to the municipal commissioner, the company has also built several new buildings. The company also has stock in Karlsborg, Skövde and Tibro. With us, Wennergrens has also advertised flats in Katrineholm.

Since the first listing with us on 15 June 2026, the company has advertised 42 flats. Most have been in Hjo, with 22 listings.
