Svea Fastigheter is a private landlord with flats in the Stockholm region. The company is called Sveafastigheter AB and has been listed on the stock exchange since 2024. According to the company, KlaraBo and Sveafastigheter have merged and are now called Sveafastigheter. The business consists of new production and management of rental flats, and by its own account the company has vacant flats in 66 municipalities.

According to the website, the company's new builds include Enhörningen in Kista with 216 rental flats and move-in in 2026, and Solhusen in Nacka with 117 rental flats and 30 senior homes for people over 65.
