Apartments from StudBo - 7 available now

StudBo is an allocation service and student housing portal that was launched in 2008. The operation is run as a collaboration between Jönköpings kommun and Jönköping University. The service does not own any properties of its own, but instead allocates available student housing from affiliated property owners in Jönköpings kommun. Since the first listing was registered with us on 2026-07-07, a total of 58 listings have been published, all of which were for student accommodation.

All properties are located in Jönköping. According to the portal's website, flats are allocated across several different areas, including Centrum Väster, Centrum Öster, Torpa, Bymarken, Bäckalyckan, Dalvik, Ekhagen, Gräshagen, Liljeholmen, Rosenlund, Råslätt, Österängen and Öxnehaga.

Over the past year, the average monthly rent for allocated homes was SEK 5,604. The lowest rent during this period was SEK 2,859 a month and the highest was SEK 7,950. The average living area was 25 square metres with an average of 1.1 rooms, which corresponds to a rent of SEK 2,887 per square metre per year. For one-room properties, the average rent was SEK 5,540 a month, while two-room properties had an average rent of SEK 6,773.

To apply for housing, you register free of charge in StudBo's internal housing queue from the age of 18. Applicants earn one point per day and must log in at least once every six months to retain their points. Up to five expressions of interest can be submitted simultaneously. According to the service, active studies of at least half-time at Jönköping University or its Yrkeshögskola are required to be awarded a tenancy agreement. Available flats are listed on the site and updated daily.
