Apartments from Skogsduvan - 2 available now

Skogsduvan is a private landlord with student housing in Danderyd, north of Stockholm. We have no information about the owner or size beyond our own listings, so this text is based on what we have seen since February 2026.

Since then 8 homes have been advertised, all in western Danderyd and all as student housing.

The homes are small. All of them were one-room units, and the average area was 19 square metres. The average rent was SEK 5,356 a month. The lowest rent we have seen is SEK 4,800 and the highest SEK 6,100.

Rents are therefore in a narrow range, since the rooms are of similar size. The supply suits someone who is studying and looking for a room of their own in the northern Stockholm area. For student housing it is normally required that you study at an educational institution.

The landlord advertises its available homes openly, and how to apply is stated in each listing. Available student homes from Skogsduvan are listed on this page and updated daily. Anyone looking for student housing in the Stockholm area can compare with listings from other landlords.
