Savills is a private property management company that is part of an international group, founded in 1855. The company acts as an external property manager and landlord representative for other property owners. Its management portfolio includes standard rental flats and student accommodation, including in the Skrapan property in Stockholm, according to the company. Since 2025-03-07, 1,590 apartment listings have been registered from the company.

Most flats are located in the Stockholm region, with the highest number of addresses in Stockholm, Huddinge, Sundbyberg and Järfälla. Homes are also available in Täby, Solna, Haninge, Danderyd, Nacka and Malmö. The flats are situated in areas such as Barkarbystaden, Ursvik, Bromsten, Vega and Källbrink, among others.

Over the past year, the average rent for the 1,153 advertised homes was SEK 11,936 a month. The average floor space was 48 square metres, and the average number of rooms was 2.1 rooms. For a one-room flat, the average rent was SEK 9,155 and for a two-room flat SEK 11,298. Rents ranged from a minimum of SEK 5,141 to a maximum of SEK 28,565 a month. Of the advertised homes, 82 per cent had a balcony and 94 per cent had a lift.

Savills does not have its own housing queue. Instead, properties are allocated via external platforms such as Bostadsförmedlingen in Stockholm and HomeQ. Over the past year, 39 per cent of listings had a queue requirement. To sign a tenancy agreement, you must have sound personal finances with no record of non-payment, as well as approved housing references.
