Rikshem is one of Sweden's largest private property companies. The company was founded in 2010 and is owned in equal parts by Fjärde AP-fonden and AMF Tjänstepension AB. According to the company, they own and manage approximately 29,000 to 30,000 flats as well as public properties. The portfolio includes standard rental flats, student accommodation and senior housing.

The properties are located in several towns and cities in Sweden. To sign a tenancy agreement, applicants must be at least 18 years old and meet the company's income requirements.
