Resona is a private property company and residential developer founded in 2017. The company is owned by private shareholders within the Resona Utveckling AB group. Its operations focus on new-build residential developments. According to the company, the portfolio includes more than 3,500 homes at various stages of development, 397 of which are rental apartments located in Barkarbystaden in Järfälla.
