Nordfeldts is a private, family-owned company that develops, builds and manages rental flats and tenant-owned flats, according to the company mainly new construction. The company has an office in Mörby centrum. Together with Bantorget Hyresbostäder AB, which is owned by LO and seven other trade unions, Nordfeldts runs the joint venture company Nordlo AB. Nordfeldts handles the management.

On our site, Nordfeldts has listings in Stockholm, in the Hökarängen district. There is the Bikarbonatet block, which according to the company has 107 rental flats and was brought into use in 2020. SHIS Bostäder leases ten of the flats through block leasing. According to a recruitment advertisement, the company also has stock in Göteborg and Malmö, but these are not advertised with us.
