Its operations focus primarily on new developments, and its rental portfolio reportedly comprises around 1,000 to 2,000 rental flats in the Stockholm area. According to the company itself, all homes it builds are certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel.

The flats are located in municipalities such as Sollentuna, Nacka, Stockholm, and Järfälla, as well as Täby.
