HSB Sydost is a cooperative housing provider owned by its members. The national organisation HSB was formed in 1923. The organisation has merged with HSB Göta under the name HSB Mellersta Götaland. Prior to the merger, HSB Sydost managed approximately 800 rental flats. Together with HSB Göta, the portfolio comprises over 3,500 flats according to the company.

Operations are based in Kronobergs län, Kalmar län and Blekinge län, with housing in locations including Växjö, Kalmar, Karlskrona, Oskarshamn, Borgholm and Lessebo kommun.
