Bokoop is a municipal-type housing cooperative in which the tenants are members. The company started in 2017, and the first tenants moved in in spring 2022. In our register Bokoop is marked as municipal, but no clear ownership structure beyond the cooperative is apparent. Bokoop is described as the housing cooperative for young people.

The flats are in Nykvarn, including on Taggsvampsvägen. It is a single project with about 145 flats, from one-room to four-room flats. It is new construction from 2022 and the flats are certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel. Bokoop does not own the property itself but leases it as a block from Trenum. The commute to Stockholm C takes about 28 to 30 minutes.
