Flatfinder is an independent search service for people looking for a place to rent in Sweden. We gather available rental apartments, sublets, housing swaps and new builds from a wide range of sources in one place, so you do not have to search dozens of separate sites.
How it works
We automatically collect rental listings from landlords, housing agencies and exchange sites across the country and update them continuously, several times a day. You can search and filter by city, rent, number of rooms and size, view homes on a map, and follow new listings that match what you are looking for. The service is free to use.
Independent
Flatfinder is not tied to any single landlord or housing agency. We do not rent out homes ourselves and we do not handle applications. We show you where the listings are and link onward to the original advert with each provider.

Renting in Sweden can be confusing if you are new to the country. We present listings in English and explain the basics of the Swedish rental market so you can search with confidence.
